I need access to data
I created a 3 question survey with 2 fill in the blank questions. I went to create it and the SurveyMonkey website said that would cost money with fill in the blank questions.
So, I edited it down to a 2 question survey that were all multiple choice. It said it was free. Once our hospital staff started filling out the survey I had 27 responses and then SurveyMonkey said I had to pay to get access to 17 of the 27 responses. I NEVER would have used SurveyMonkey if I had known this!
I had already sent out the data, I work for the government, and was not going to send out another survey to bother people. It put me into their MARKETING SKEEM bind.
I had to pay $52 to get access to the data. Was not cool!

I have tried to call every survey monkey customer service number to cancel a subscription that was fraudulently charged to me. All numbers responded that they were not working numbers.
